Financial analysis for making managerial decisions. Case study
Keywords:
accountingAbstract
Financial analysis serves as a critical strategic tool for business organizations, enabling data-driven decision-making that enhances operational efficiency and market competitiveness. Despite this potential, many corporate boards demonstrate limited practical understanding of these analytical methodologies. This study implemented a comprehensive diagnostic approach combining quantitative assessments—including key financial ratios, horizontal/vertical financial statement evaluations, and asset composition analysis—with qualitative insights from structured executive interviews. By systematically analyzing standardized financial statements across three consecutive fiscal years (2021-2023), we identified operational bottlenecks and resource allocation patterns directly influencing organizational efficiency metrics, providing actionable insights for performance optimization.
