Optimal Financial Structure at the Molecular Immunology Centre

In this research, the objective was to determine the optimal financial structure of the Molecular Immunology Center (MIC) which allows obtaining a higher degree of indebtedness that maximizes the economic and financial returns of the company. In this sense, it was necessary to study the theoretical and conceptual foundations raised by the different authors related to the topic. The characteristics of the MIC are highlighted in order to know the financial and economic development of the years 2021, 2022, and the estimate of 2023, it was necessary to develop the financial diagnosis, using the techniques of analysis and calculation of financial ratios. The procedure for determining the optimal financial structure of the MIC that is validated has a theoretical basis that is based on assumptions that compose the method, techniques and financial tools, which allow to measure important indicators that integrate it, as regards the analysis of the optimal financial structure to which it refers.
