The second edition of the Cuban Magazine of Finance and Prices is dedicated to the 56th anniversary of the Victory of Playa Girón and the 23rd anniversary of the creation of the Ministry of Finance and Prices. The Editorial Board has considered for this edition the contribution of professionals from Cuban universities who study topics related to the scope set for this publication, the results of research by cadres and workers of the organization, as well as experiences in working with young people who They are trained in the field of finance and prices. Important moments are covered in this editorial period, by presenting the organization's participation, along with more than 300 experts from 14 countries that participated in the XI International Meeting on Accounting, Auditing and Finance, to analyze issues of special relevance to economic sciences. The works presented in the commissions will be incorporated in later editions. In this issue, the Superintendence of Insurance, control and oversight body of the insurance activity in Cuba, puts at your disposal a summary of the statistical information of the insurance market. A special space has been reserved to pay a well-deserved tribute to the workers who have been doing this work for years and to the advanced battalion, who have the honor of being founders of this organization. We hope that this effort will help our readers to broaden, deepen and update their knowledge of the economic issues that will be addressed. Editorial Board

The Author of articles published in the Cuban Magazine of Finance and Prices (RCFP) may exercise the following rights:
- Reproduce the Article, totally or partially, and disseminate its content or make it available to the public, in printed or electronic format, as part of a teaching content or as a compilation, for use in the academic or research field in the institution to the one to which the Author belongs or in those institutions to which he belongs.
- Publish the Article on the Internet or authorize the Author's institution (or any other appropriate organization) to do the same, immediately from the date of publication of the Article in the journal: within the institution's closed network (p. eg, the intranet); or in publicly accessible institutional repositories or centrally organized repositories, provided that a link to the Article is included on the journal's website.
- Grant to the Author's own institution (or any other appropriate organization) the authorization to reproduce the Article in order to prevent its deterioration or, if the original is in an obsolete format or the technology to use it is not available, in order to ensure that the Article remains available for teaching or research purposes;
