Proposal for a management model to assess the impact of internal migration for territorial development.
Keywords:
management model, internal migrations, development strategiesAbstract
Internal migrations not only constitute one more element of demographic growth, but also due to the rapid and sensitive variation that this causes in the size, composition and structure of the population, and sometimes conditions the redistribution process of both urban and rural populations. . Although, as in any population movement, the economic variable is the most relevant, in this paper he proposes a management model to assess the impact of internal migration on territorial development from two perspectives; the first to identify the causes of said migratory movements and their effects on territorial development from a multidimensional approach; and the second, the design of indicators to evaluate the social impact of illegalities as a consequence of internal migrations.
