Abstract

The research entitled "Recovery of the Financing granted to Farmers by BANDEC", has as Objective: Diagnose the causes that affect the insufficient reduction of the Delinquency Index of the financing granted to the Individual Farmers segment, in Branch 5961 Bandec Camagüey. It is based on the fact that one of the greatest difficulties that this Branch presents in the fulfillment of its Work Objectives, is related to the Delinquency Index, which is determined based on how much the overdue financing represents the total portfolio of those granted, especially when Individual Farmers segment. In the work Methods and Techniques were used, such as analysis and synthesis for the capture and analysis of Information; Empirical methods, such as observation, documentary review, logical analysis and brainstorming to obtain information from specialists, regarding the factors that negatively affect the recovery of the financing under study. All of the above made it possible to carry out the diagnosis of the causes that cause the problematic situation raised and to propose a Plan of Measures that contributes to its solution.

Nilsie Evelyn Morales Sotolongo, BANDEC, Camaguey. Cuba

Degree in Accounting and Finance. She works at the Bank Branch 5961 "Plaza de los
Trabajadores" of Banco de Crédito y Comercio in Camagüey as Director, with 20 years
of work experience. She has participated in 10 events of the Banking System and of
the Women Economist and Accountant.

Inés Josefina Torres Mora, Association of Economists and Accountants Camaguey. Cuba

Degree in Accounting, Master in Management Accounting and PhD in Accounting Sciences.
Professor of the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Camagüey. Member of
the faculty of the Master of Management Accounting. She has been director of bachelor's,
master's and doctoral theses. He has participated as a speaker in congresses of recognized
prestige and publishes periodically in Indexed Magazines. He has been a visiting professor
at Mexican universities. Member of the Editorial Board of the Cuban Magazine of the MFP
and referee of three magazines. He has been an opponent of defense of bachelor's, master's
and doctoral theses. She has received recognition for her professional work such as,
nominated for the ANEC Abel Santamaría Award and the Cuban Academy of Sciences Award.

Libertad Francisca Ortiz Salcedo, University of Camaguey. Cuba

Assistant Professor and Master in Management Accounting. She works as a professor of
Accounting and Finance at the Faculty of Economics, University of Camagüey. In the last
three years, he has obtained six publications of articles, event memories, and has
participated in 8 national events. He is a member of the ANEC Scientific Committee. He
has tutored diploma projects and master's theses.
