Abstract

Utilities are tools that we take advantage of to complete. Our order in an agile way, usually Excel spreadsheets are used to organize numerical data in an interrelated way, perform mathematical operations, thus solving problems from their use. The objective of this research is to evaluate the relevance of the use of utilities as tools to facilitate work in municipal offices. For its realization, theoretical and empirical methods are combined, with their corresponding procedures and techniques. As a result, the relevance in the use of these tools in Excel is verified, which optimize work time, gain in accuracy, agility while putting science and technology in function of solving little complex problems.

Yuliet Nguyen Pérez, National Tax Administration Office, Guantánamo

Labora en la ONAT en la oficina municipal de Caimanera. Graduada de Licenciatura en Contabilidad y Finanzas, miembro de la Asociación Nacional de Economistas y Contadores de Cuba, ha participado como ponente en Eventos a nivel municipal, provincial, nacional e internacional (Centro Iberoamericano de Administración Tributaria) con reconocimientos. Funge como profesora adjunta, exhibe la categoría de profesor asistente. Actualmente se desempeña como Subdirectora de la ONAT Caimanera.
