Abstract

Since the creation of the National Tax Administration Office in 2013, all the actions it has carried out have been in order to comply with the collection plan and the income provided for in the budget law through the natural or legal persons that they are obliged to pay a tax for the benefits obtained, however indiscipline and delinquency persist in the payment of said tax, as well as tax evasion. The lack of communication channels has brought with it low levels of tax culture and all that this implies for our development as a country, receiving income that differs from what is taxed, not declaring what is really collected and thus evading taxes, generating illegalities that many times not only depend on a propitiated fact, but also due to ignorance; thus generating the need to improve communication campaigns with the function of detecting the main problems and finding ways to solve them.
