Organizational climate. Job performance in the green areas department of the Manabí Technical University

A good organizational climate is an effective sign of success in any organization. When it deteriorates, it can cause a drop-in labor productivity. On the other hand, work performance is an essential element that each employee contributes to the achievement of organizational goals. The objective of this research is to analyze the organizational climate and how it includes job performance in the department of green areas of the Technical University of Manabí. The descriptive method was used through direct observation and the application of questionnaires to the workers. It was identified that in the organizational climate dimension, the salary motivation component and in the work performance dimension, the possession of inadequate tools cause a substantial deterioration in the quality of work.

The Author of articles published in the Cuban Magazine of Finance and Prices (RCFP) may exercise the following rights:

- Publish the Article on the Internet or authorize the Author's institution (or any other appropriate organization) to do the same, immediately from the date of publication of the Article in the journal: within the institution's closed network (p. eg, the intranet); or in publicly accessible institutional repositories or centrally organized repositories, provided that a link to the Article is included on the journal's website.
