Public administration and Government: A theoretic approach from the discipline of public policies

The traditional polities, characterized they become evident for the unidirectional administration of public resources obsolete in front of social emerging problems. Front this situation, the been relation begins to make evident new paradigms on the mode one conceives in Civil Partnership. They register the public policies in that frame, government tools that as of the present moment collect significant relevance like vital element for a state-owned action that they be consubstantially efficient and inclusive when making easy the rationality in the governmental step, the elimination of social evils and the state decentralization. The objective of the present work is to examine the theoretic conceptions more relevant I turn to the public policies like form of governmental step as from an analysis of contents of classical works about the subject matter of the public administration.

The Author of articles published in the Cuban Magazine of Finance and Prices (RCFP) may exercise the following rights:
