Abstract

The objective of the present investigation is to diagnose the factors of technological innovation that contribute to the agricultural productive performance in the self-consumption Ingenio Viejo of the PCC. It was oriented to respond to the following scientific problem: The management of technological innovation does not satisfy the agricultural productive performance in the self-consumption Ingenio Viejo of the PCC. In this sense, a diagnosis of the factors of innovation was made, which showed the main shortcomings in the entity. Different internet platforms were accessed to identify the theoretical foundations that enable better management of these factors and it was identified that the 7S model contributes to strategic alignment and therefore its use is proposed as part of the proposed actions. , which are aimed at improving those insufficiencies and limitations detected.

Aradys Cecilia Novoa Parrado, Communist Party of Cuba, Camagüey. Cuba

He is studying the science and innovation management master's program. Investigating the
subject of innovation for five years, acquiring significant results in ETECSA, participating in relevant events during his studies at the University of Camagüey, in the student
scientific conferences of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, events outside the province and
in the XV International Conference of Economic and Business Sciences, currently oriented
towards the food program and the agricultural performance of business base Units that
develop this type of activity. He is a member of ANEC. He works in the economic department
as a specialist at the Provincial PCC Headquarters with a work experience of 4 years.

Norma Estévez González, University of Camaguey, Cuba

Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences. Master in direction Coordinator
of the Master of Science and Innovation Management. He has participated in international
events related to the topic of innovation management. Completed the Diploma Strengthening
Management Capabilities from ESADE. Coordinator of the diploma course for local managers:
Management and business management in the period (2011-2014). I participate in the
Socioeconomic and Environmental Observatory. In the technological dimension of it. He has
publications in the magazine Retos de la Dirección, the Holguín Scientific Magazine and
the Cyta Magazine of Argentina.
