Costs of the logistics chain in the Polygraphic UEB of the Félix Varela Publishing Company

The behavior of the costs represented by the logistics chain for the UEB Polygraph of the Félix Varela Editorial Company was analyzed, in order to obtain a comprehensive vision of the set of production and logistics processes. Among the methods used, the interview was used with key people who participate in the logistics chain, made up of six specialists from the areas of logistics, production and economy, as well as the observation of moments of the process of the aforementioned chain. It was possible to verify the costs incurred in each of the stages, which will allow them to be calculated in some of the main activities. With the realization of this work, greater precision was achieved in the calculation of the costs of the chain.
