Abstract

The work deals with the issue of how to implement (computer) systems that allow the availability and analysis of timely and reliable information on the financial behavior of the public sector, which enables the management, evaluation and control of the management of the organs, agencies, administrative offices, public companies, budgeted units, unions and other entities where the State has interests. cePRE$ is the result of the combination of efforts of specialists in the area of Informatics with specialists in the areas of Financial Policy, Fiscal, Accounting, Institutional Care and Government Accounting; With the objective of automating the operations related to the analysis, control, projection and planning of the State budget.

Author Biography

Mariela Marrón Ferrer, Ministry of Finance and Prices

Graduada de Técnico Medio Construcción Civil en el Tecnológico “José Gregorio Martínez” de Cienfuegos.  Ocupa cargo de Especialista Informática desde el año 2000 y la actividad principal a la que está dedicada: Análisis, Diseño y Programación de Software. Ha desarrollado varios sistemas de relevancia para el país (PresWIN - Presupuestos para la Construcción, cePRE$ - Control de la Ejecución del Presupuesto, Anteproyecto y Modificación Presupuestaria.) y ha obtenido importantes Premios en Ferias Internacionales, Fórums de Ciencia y Técnica y Eventos Nacionales de la ANEC. En estos momentos se desempeña como Especialista Informática en el área de Informática del Ministerio de Finanzas y Precios.
