Abstract

It is a pleasure to present the fourth edition of the Cuban Magazine of Finance and Prices of Volume No. 2 corresponding to the year 2018, on this occasion with the call to the congress of the National Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba. Dear colleagues: The National Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba has the pleasure of inviting you to participate in the III INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT, which will be held at the Havana Convention Center from May 29 to June 1, 2018. . As part of the Congress, the XII International Meeting of Accounting, Auditing and Finance, the V International Meeting of Public Administration for Development, the IV International Meeting of Cooperativism and the III International Meeting of Management and Business Administration will be held. On this occasion, special attention will be given to topics related to the role of Financial and Managerial Accounting in the good performance of organizations, the harmonization of International Financial Information Standards; the practice of independent and governmental auditing; the design and implementation of public policies; the efficiency of public administration; the role of cooperativism in territorial economic development; the successful experiences of management and business management, all to increase the impact of economic management on sustainable and socially responsible development. We count on your participation, since it will contribute significantly to the enrichment of the debates of the Congress, which will promote the search for concrete solutions to issues that affect national and international environments.
