Abstract

It is a pleasure to present the second edition of the Cuban Magazine of Finance and Prices of Volume No. 2 corresponding to the year 2018, with the status of Certified Scientific Magazine granted by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, which demonstrates the quality of the process at this stage. On the other hand, progress has been made in the management of indexing by international databases and the publication has been placed in several places, among them, in the RePEc indexes, which positions it in Group III of those recognized by the Ministry of Education. Higher. This process has been made possible by the trust placed by the authors and the dedication of the work team as a whole, and we are sure that the number of contributions will increase. From now on, adjustments will be applied to the visual identity of the documents to achieve better indexing and visibility for the works that are published. The cover of this issue pays tribute to the 90th anniversary of the birth of Ernesto "Che" Guevara de la Serna. The Editorial Board has considered for this edition, contributions from professors, university students, professionals linked to accounting and finance in the country, and is beginning to receive contributions from foreign colleagues who are trained as doctors in economic sciences or accounting under the mentorship of Cuban teachers. As usual, a legislative summary of the provisions issued in the second quarter of this year, which are published in the Official Gazette of the Republic or of general knowledge, is made available to readers. We look forward to collaborations for future issues and we hope that this effort will help readers to broaden, deepen and update their knowledge of the economic issues addressed. Editorial Board

The Author of articles published in the Cuban Magazine of Finance and Prices (RCFP) may exercise the following rights:
