Abstract
The first edition of the Cuban Magazine of Finance and Prices of Volume No. 2 corresponding to the year 2018, is published with adjustments in the visual identity of the documents and an increase in contributions, which demonstrates the validity of the project. The cover of this issue pays tribute to the 165th anniversary of the birth of our national hero José Martí and reaffirms the words of our Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, when he stated: “(...) the immortal ideas that Martí spread with their blood will never be betrayed.” The Editorial Board has considered for this edition the contributions of professionals, who were presented to the economy forum of the Committee of the National Association of Economists and Accountants of Cuba of the organization, whose research results will be shared in this space and final works presented by frames as part of the preparation system. In this number the publication of the works related to the history of the activities contained in the editorial profile begins and, for this occasion, a work referring to Accounting has been selected. A summary of the complementary regulations of the annual Law of the State Budget for fiscal year 2018 and the legislative summary of the provisions issued in the first quarter of this year, which are published in the Official Gazette of the Republic or of general knowledge. We look forward to collaborations for future issues and we hope that this effort will help our readers to broaden, deepen and update their knowledge of the economic issues that will be addressed. The Author of articles published in the Cuban Magazine of Finance and Prices (RCFP) may exercise the following rights:
- Reproduce the Article, totally or partially, and disseminate its content or make it available to the public, in printed or electronic format, as part of a teaching content or as a compilation, for use in the academic or research field in the institution to the one to which the Author belongs or in those institutions to which he belongs.
- Publish the Article on the Internet or authorize the Author's institution (or any other appropriate organization) to do the same, immediately from the date of publication of the Article in the journal: within the institution's closed network (p. eg, the intranet); or in publicly accessible institutional repositories or centrally organized repositories, provided that a link to the Article is included on the journal's website.
- Grant to the Author's own institution (or any other appropriate organization) the authorization to reproduce the Article in order to prevent its deterioration or, if the original is in an obsolete format or the technology to use it is not available, in order to ensure that the Article remains available for teaching or research purposes;
- Present the Article at a meeting or conference, and distribute copies of the Article to those attending the event.
- Grant end users at the Author's own institution (or any other appropriate organization) permission to copy, use, transmit, and publicly perform the work and to create and distribute derivative works.
